With over 15 years of experience in engineering companies, Aleksander has served in roles such as Chief Engineer and CEO. He organized the development and implementation of a machinery complex for yield management in greenhouse production, resulting in an annual savings of 15 million euros. Thanks to this experience, he possesses profound knowledge in launching a product from scratch and developing successful business strategies.

Over the past three years, Alexander has been providing management consulting services to technology companies, helping them achieve high business results by aligning business metrics with user satisfaction. Through his assistance, more than two dozen innovative initiatives have been launched, collectively generating over 100 million euros in revenue. Alexander's primary expertise lies in developing value propositions for products and services, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, and building a system for product development and customer experience quality management.
